Agreement to Mentorship Terms and Conditions
By checking the box below and submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Mentorship Terms and Conditions, including the payment and refund policy, cancellation and rescheduling policy, digital resource access terms, and intellectual-property provisions.
I understand that my enrollment is for a three-month mentorship with a total investment of $3,000, payable in three monthly installments of $1,000, or one payment of $2,850 and that each payment is subject to the stated refund policy and agreement.
I understand that my purchased workbook may be retained for personal use and that the copyright and intellectual property in the original curriculum and supplementary teaching materials remain with their respective owners (My Soul Speaks).

For this personalized three-month mentorship, payment is due at the beginning of each month and must be received at least 24 hours before scheduling your weekly sessions for that month, ensuring your sessions and individualized resources are reserved as we continue our work together.
-
Please arrive on time and allow yourself a few moments to settle before our session begins. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or less will not extend the scheduled session time.
-
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be counted as used sessions, except where an exception is agreed upon.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no show and will forfeit the full session payment.
Thank you for honoring the time, preparation, and care that go into each session. These policies help us create a consistent, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone.
-
Each session is personalized to your goals, spiritual development, and lived experience. Depending on your needs, we may explore Islamic spirituality, Sufi contemplative practices, dhikr, breathwork, embodied awareness, poetry, reflection, and other holistic practices. For longer mentorships, we also explore how your learning may inform your teaching, leadership, creative practice, or business.
-
No. Spiritual mentorship offers guided reflection, spiritual education, and practices to support personal growth and integration. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for individualized medical or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals for health concerns and qualified religious scholars for specific religious rulings.
