-
Month - 3
Review her progress and discern how her spiritual practice can authentically inform her yoga teaching, studio environment, client experience, and future offerings. Three 60-minute sessions
We will also dedicate this month to reviewing the growth and practices developed throughout our time together and exploring how you have begun integrating these insights into your yoga studio and business. I will guide you in reflecting on your experiences, identifying what feels authentic and sustainable, and discerning how your deepening understanding of Islamic spirituality, embodied practice, and divine presence can inform your teaching philosophy, client experience, studio environment, and future offerings.
Together, we will identify practical next steps for carrying this work forward so that the relationship between your personal spiritual development and professional life continues to evolve beyond our three months together.

Your three-month private mentorship includes a curated workbook and an evolving collection of personalized learning resources designed to support your spiritual practice and continued integration between sessions.
Following each session, I will provide additional reflection prompts, exercises, and selected resources tailored to the themes we explore and your individual goals.
You will also receive complementary audio and video resources, developed or selected to support your continued practice, deepen your understanding, and help you integrate these teachings into your daily life.
Our work may include breathwork, muraqabah (Sufi contemplative practice), dhikr, poetry, herbalism, embodied awareness, and other practices aligned with your spiritual journey. As the mentorship progresses, your learning materials will develop alongside our conversations, offering a more personal and intentional experience.
These resources are designed to complement our private sessions and support your independent practice. They are educational resources and are not a substitute for individualized medical or mental health care.
Throughout our mentorship, the intention is to nurture a more coherent relationship between your inner spiritual life, your daily practices, and the work you offer others. We will move at a pace that allows for reflection, experimentation, and meaningful integration rather than trying to accomplish everything at once.
